Housing Rehab Programs
The City is proud to sponsor and participate in the Dallas County Local Housing Trust Fund as well as Dallas County Habitat for Humanity. These two entities offer assistance to low income homeowners within Dallas County through a variety of home renovation and home ownership programs. Please see the links below for additional information.
Also, note that some home rehabilitation or renovation projects may qualify for the City’s property tax abatement program. Information regarding tax abatement is linked below.
